Eyelash extensions are used to enhance the length, curliness, fullness, and thickness of natural eyelashes. They can be applied individually or in clusters to create a unique look to best every Individual. The extensions may be made from several materials including mink fur, synthetic hair.

The main method of applying the extensions is by using an adhesive glue to individually stick the extensions to the eyelash close to the lash line. False eyelashes(magnetic) and eyelash extensions are not the same. We offer four styles of lash extensions at Reveal Medi Spa, from the most natural style, Classic, to the most extravagant, Mega Volume.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS

Classic

This style of lash extensions uses the original techniques that have been used for lashing since the service became mainstream in the early 2000s. This technique involves attaching individual extensions to each lash achieving a longer set of lashes while maintaining a natural look. Classic lash sets can only be as full as your natural lashes, and therefore aren’t the best option for those with thin lashes or gaps. We recommend our clients that receive Classic sets come in for a fill more often (every 2 weeks).

EYELASH EXTENSIONS

Hybrid

This style combines the best of both Classic & Volume lashing techniques utilizing both single lash extensions as well as fans which contain 2-6 individual lashes. This technique allows lash artists to create more natural looking extensions for those with a sparse lash line or those with gaps in their their lash line. Hybrid extensions are a great way to achieve a custom look unique to you.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS

Volume

This style of extensions uses a technique known as lash fans to create a darker, fuller, & fluffier look. Another major difference with this style of lash extensions is the appearance of a dark lash line giving many who receive this style the look of a tight-lined eyeliner. These fans are made by your lash artist in groups of 2-6 lashes using lashes that are thinner than those used for the Classic style. Most commonly 0.05 & 0.06 diameter extensions will be used for this style of lash.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS

Mega Volume

This style of extensions uses the same technique as Volume, applying multiple lash extensions to one natural lash by creating lash fans. By using thinner & lighter individual lashes (usually 0.03 in diameter) to create these fans lash artists are able to create even bigger fans with up to 16 lashes per fan! More lashes means an even darker, fuller, & dramatic look. Another major difference with this style of lash extensions is the appearance of a dark lash line giving many who receive this style the look of a tight-lined eyeliner.
